Overview

This website is operated by Korean Skincare Pakistan. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Korean Skincare Pakistan. We operate the ecommerce store at korean-skincare.pk, dispatching all orders from our warehouse at 918 Sampyeong-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, with customer support and returns handled at our Pakistan Hub in F Block, Sector B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan.

By visiting korean-skincare.pk and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all policies referenced within them. These Terms apply to all users of the Site — browsers, customers, and anyone who communicates with us through the Site or its related channels.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or continue using the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which we sell our products. Your use of the Site is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service.

Section 1 — Who Can Use This Site

By using korean-skincare.pk and agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You will not use the Site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• You will not violate any laws in Pakistan, South Korea, or any other applicable jurisdiction
• You will not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material through the Site

A breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site and any pending orders.

Section 2 — General Conditions

Korean Skincare Pakistan reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time for any reason, including where we suspect fraudulent, abusive or dishonest behaviour.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, its content, or the services it provides without our express written permission.

Your content (excluding payment card information) may be transmitted over various networks and may be adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted during transmission.

Section 3 — Products, Authenticity and Sourcing

Korean Skincare Pakistan sources all products exclusively from official Korean brand manufacturers and their authorized distributors in South Korea. Every product is batch-code verified and barcode verified at our Seoul warehouse before dispatch. We do not source from grey markets, parallel importers, or unauthorized resellers.

Product images on the Site represent the actual products we stock. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists and usage instructions are accurate and up to date.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions at any time. Any offer on the Site is void where prohibited by law.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing or other content on the Site is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For customers in Pakistan:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. COD orders are confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Prepaid orders are processed immediately on payment confirmation.
• All prices on the Site include the cost of shipping from Seoul to Pakistan and Pakistani customs duty. There are no hidden fees on arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing errors have occurred. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to purchase at the correct price.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors purchasing in bulk without prior agreement.

Section 5 — Order Confirmation and Fulfilment

Placing an order on korean-skincare.pk constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation also requires verbal or WhatsApp confirmation from our team.

Once confirmed, orders are dispatched from our Seoul warehouse using DHL or UPS. Delivery to Pakistan takes 7–14 business days (standard) or 4–7 business days (express). Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of ordering. Korean Skincare Pakistan is not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return guarantee on all orders. Returns are accepted for authenticity concerns, damaged items, incorrect items, or change of mind (subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy).

Section 7 — Accuracy of Account and Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, phone number and email. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, per household or per order, at our discretion.

Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery

All shipping, delivery times, courier partners, customs duty arrangements and Cash on Delivery procedures are described in detail in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary: all orders ship from Seoul via DHL/UPS. Pakistani customs duty is included in the product price. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days.

Section 9 — Personal Information

Your personal information is collected, used and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

Section 10 — Reviews, Comments and User Submissions

We encourage customers to leave honest product reviews on our Site, on Trustpilot and on social media. Reviews must be genuine, based on your own experience, and must not contain false or misleading information.

By submitting a review, photograph, or other content to the Site, you grant Korean Skincare Pakistan a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content in connection with our products and services, including on our website, social media and marketing materials.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content posted by users.

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading or fabricated
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Contains viruses, malware or any other harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity

Section 11 — Third-Party Services and Links

The Site is powered by Shopify and integrates with third-party services including payment processors, courier platforms, analytics tools and review systems. Where the Site contains links to external websites, those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Any transactions you conduct directly with third parties (including through links from our Site) are solely between you and that third party. Korean Skincare Pakistan is not liable for any harm or loss arising from your use of third-party services accessed through or in connection with our Site.

Section 12 — Intellectual Property

All content on korean-skincare.pk — including text, product descriptions, photography, logos, brand names and design — is the property of Korean Skincare Pakistan or is used with the permission of its rightful owner. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our express written permission. Product brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective brand owners (COSRX, ANUA, Beauty of Joseon, CeraVe, La Roche-Posay and others). Our use of these names reflects our role as an authorized retailer and stockist of those brands.

Section 13 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use korean-skincare.pk or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully
• To violate any international, Pakistani, South Korean or other applicable law or regulation
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Korean Skincare Pakistan or any third party
• To harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against any individual or group
• To submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including fake orders
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other destructive code
• To collect personal information of other users without their consent
• To spam, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site
• To interfere with the security, operation or integrity of the Site
• To resell products purchased from korean-skincare.pk without our prior written agreement

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and cancel any orders for any violation of these prohibited uses.

Section 14 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Korean Skincare Pakistan makes every effort to ensure products are authentic, accurately described and delivered in good condition. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• We do not warrant that product results will meet individual expectations, as skincare outcomes vary by skin type, condition and usage

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani consumer protection law or other applicable mandatory law.

Section 15 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korean Skincare Pakistan, our directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani consumer law

Section 16 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korean Skincare Pakistan, our officers, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, any product, or any service at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or its services.

Section 18 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping charges or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information at any time, including after you have submitted an order, without prior notice. If we correct a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Korean Skincare Pakistan may terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by ceasing to use the Site. Obligations incurred prior to termination — including any outstanding payments — survive termination.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Returns and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Korean Skincare Pakistan regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Section 22 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
