Every parcel is picked, packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in Seoul, South Korea — not from a local reseller, not from a grey-market importer, and not from a third-party marketplace. How Does Cash on Delivery Work?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Because every parcel travels from Seoul, COD orders follow one extra verification step that protects both you and us:

1. You place your order on korean-skincare.pk and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
2. Our Pakistan team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm your order, address and contact number. Nothing ships until you confirm.
3. Your parcel is dispatched from Seoul and arrives at Islamabad airport within approximately 3 days.
4. Our customs agents clear it — duty and clearance are already paid by us and included in your product price.
5. Your parcel arrives at our Islamabad hub in Sector B-17 for consolidation.
6. A local courier delivers to your door and collects payment in cash.

Prepaid orders skip step 5 entirely — once customs clearance is complete, they are shipped straight to your address without passing through our Islamabad hub, which is why prepaid orders often arrive a little sooner.

Korean Skincare Pakistan pays the full cost of moving your parcel from Seoul to Pakistan, and our own licensed customs agents handle clearance at Islamabad. Every one of those costs is already built into the price you see on the product page.

The amount shown at checkout is the complete amount you pay. If anyone contacts you claiming you owe additional duty on a Korean Skincare Pakistan parcel, it is not from us — please report it to our support team immediately.

Remote and High-Risk Area Surcharge

When Are Orders Dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays, as our offices are closed. An order placed on Sunday is processed on Monday.

Public holidays in Pakistan and South Korea may also affect dispatch and customs clearance timing. Where a holiday is likely to add a meaningful delay, we will let you know.

Why Does Delivery Take 7–14 Days Instead of 2–3?

Because your order is genuinely shipping from Korea. Local Pakistani sellers who deliver in 2–3 days are shipping stock that is already sitting in a warehouse in Pakistan — stock that was often imported months earlier, sometimes through grey-market channels, and sometimes not authentic at all.

Our model trades a few extra days for three things you cannot get otherwise:

• Authenticity — every product comes from Korean brand distribution, never a local reseller
• Freshness — current production batches with full shelf life remaining, not old stock
• Full range — including new launches that have not yet reached Pakistani importers

How Do I Track My Order?

You receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the local courier in Pakistan. You can track it directly on the courier's website using that number.

While your parcel is in transit from Seoul or in customs clearance, our support team can give you a status update on request — message us on WhatsApp and we will check for you.

What If My Order Is Delayed or Something Goes Wrong?

Contact us and we will resolve it. We handle every delayed, damaged or missing parcel ourselves rather than sending you to the courier.
