This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and outlines how we get your favorite Korean skincare products to you!
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Only):
- Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free Standard Shipping (2-7 business days).
- Standard Shipping: Orders below PKR 5,000 have a flat rate of PKR 195 for Standard Shipping (2-7 business days).
Delivery Information:
- We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders across Pakistan.
- All delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- We currently do not offer international shipping, but you can inquire about it at koreanskincare09@gmail.com.
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Important Notes:
- We cannot request specific delivery time slots from our courier partners.
- Advance payment may be required for orders exceeding PKR 10,000. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
- We welcome previous customers who had cancelled orders to try again with advance payment.
