What can be returned?

• You can return any unopened and unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Reasons for Return:

• We commit return if Products are not genuine or original (as verified by QR code)

How to initiate a return:

2. In your message, please include:
   • Your order ID
   • A clear explanation of why you wish to return the product(s)

Return Process:

1. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with the return address: House #2274, Street #70, F Block Multi Gardens B17, Islamabad.
2. You are responsible for securely packaging the items and dropping them off at our nearest courier partner office we will let you know our courier partner.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
• We will request a client to put a review at our website.

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items returned after the 7 window

• We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.
